Welcome to Sapori Sourdough.
By placing an order through our website or ordering platform,
you agree to the following terms and conditions.
 

1. Cottage Food Operation

Sapori Sourdough is a Texas Cottage Food Operation. All products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

Products are made in an environment that may process common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts.

2. Ordering & Payment

All orders must be placed through our designated ordering platform.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your pickup.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
 

3. Pickup Policy

Sapori Sourdough operates on scheduled bake days with designated pickup windows.

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the specified pickup time.

Orders not picked up during the designated window may not be available later, and refunds will not be issued for missed pickups.

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for store credit.

No refunds will be issued for missed pickups or last-minute cancellations.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.

5. Product Availability

All items are made in small batches and are subject to availability.

Sapori Sourdough reserves the right to modify flavors, ingredients, or menu offerings at any time.

6. Food Safety & Storage

Products are best enjoyed the day of pickup.

Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after pickup.

Sapori Sourdough is not responsible for product quality once items leave our possession.

7. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Sapori Sourdough, you agree that the bakery is not liable for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, or damages resulting from consumption of our products.

8. Changes to Terms

Sapori Sourdough reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
